An Elite mug would be good. If they're into metal though, get them either Acheron or Progenitor by the band Mechina. I have yet to find a band more perfect for playing Elite; anything you do in-game will suddenly seem epic as hell.

3D printing is getting cheaper these days maybe a model of a ship? Officeworks in Australia does 3D model printing

at this point I can hire people to all all my menial tasks..in fact pay double for one to do my job for me.....get 10 more to do other paid jobs for me.....I AM SET!
