Got stuck in a Pulsar coming out of hyperspace

I got instantly stuck and couldn't get out and all of my modules were destroyed. I chose to self destruct rather than floating for another 10 minutes waiting to blow up.
Is this a glitch or by design?
I also lost an anaconda this week because I lost connection after a canopy breach.

In theory you should come out clear of the streams, I always turn throttle to 0 on entering hyperspace because while you come out clear of the streams it doesn't say how far clear and maybe if you have thrust on full you can come out that close that you just run straight into one. If you actually came out in a stream it may be a bug and you should be entitled to have your ship and location returned so send in a bug report.

Sometimes you come out of a jump and end up in the stream, even on 0 throttle. HAppened to me many times but i was able to escape. UNfortunatly my home system has one of these stats. I decided to move on 😎

I (literally) torched a python earlier in the week. Jump smack into a dwarf. I did the same thing.

No, it's intentional. Someone went to the effort of purposefully developing an experience where if you don't have a heatsink module - you will die. Welcome to uncontrollable immersion. Where the game takes control of your ship and it becomes (effectively) a cut-scene.

And it's just about the worst player experience actually possible.
