Grade 1 climb proof

I'm not sure how to determine fence gradients, but know that some fences are stronger than others. For instance, grizzlies need grade 4 fences (think glass is grade 2, thus they can break through it). Grade 1 should be any fence type you wish to use. As for climbable, some fences are climbable by default (like wood). Other fences cannot be climbed regardless (like glass). Fences that are climbable by default have a tweak option (under the gear icon on the bottom right) to climb-proof them. It adds a little bumper to the top of the fence to prevent escapes.
Hope that answers it.

Hmm this is helpful but I don't see the "climb proof" option. Is it called something else?

There's a bug that's been mentioned already in the forum where when i hover over the fences in the menu it gives some important info including the grade and whether it is climeable but that isn't showing for everyone (see screenshot). If it is climeable, that's when you need to make it climb proof by clicking in the settings button and selecting climb proof (as with two way glass you need to make sure the climb proof top is on the correct side of the enclosure.

@Cocolori
It's actually been really bothering me how people were finding the fence grades lol. I had no idea that some people could see the tooltips.
@slow_momo I know its a late reply but its under the tab with the gear icon. If there's no option, then the fence is probably climb-proof to begin with.

That is so crazy, mine have never had info pop up like this before. That's why I've been so confused.

Whereas mine have always shown.

Surely we're all on the same Beta version so would have the same functionality like this?

I can understand different results from things we do but it's like some of us having a particular animal and others not.

In the zoopedia it says elephants need at least a grade 2 barrier, I have a brick wall (grade 5) and the elephant still breaks through it? Am I doing something wrong?
