Grind-O-meter [results]

And remember MOST people who come here are the completely devoted people who took the time to sign up and participate over a long period of time thus are passionate about the game. It isn't a true indication of anything.

I think as long as it is realised that the results and findings are based upon the sub-section of the community that are on the forums and self-selected to answer the questionnaire and not indicative of the everyone then this is good. Perhaps someone with access behind the scenes could provide some of the figures on the global user base (av time played etc) that could put some context against these (maybe excluding players that played less than x number of hours).

The (ex-)statitican in me would like to see the standard deviations alongside some of the averages to see just how wide a range there is for respondants. However the years of therapy mean I've thankfully forgot the formulae for that sort of thing.

Nice work Pippo and makes me realise I need to up my post count if I'm going to be anywhere near the average!

with the data gathered, you cant determine wether this game is a grind or not =( as you wrote: at last it depends on the personal feeling of the player. if he likes what hes doing, it would never feel like a dull grind, but rather a fun walk to the next party =)

It's an at a glance indicator of the forum demographics (not the game demographics). which is still quite interesting. pretty good pippo!
