Private Group? Yes. One can be a member of more than one.

One can only create one Private Group though.

I'm in about 7 I think.
Plus the one I made just for my children to play in.

The issue is, remembering what one you loaded into.
I've lost count of the times I've had to log out, to log in again just to be sure I got the right one.
