Guardian blueprint "fragments"

I wonder if anyone can explain to me...I did some guardian stuff yesterday and got a blueprint fragment. I was a bit gutted as I thought I'd get a blueprint...do I have to find the other fragments, or have I got the whole thing?

Hi. Just started these myself. 1 fragment goes towards unlocking one weapon or module. You will need other guardian mats and some other purchaseable items from markets then you cna unlock the particular module / weapon with a technology broker

Guardian modules have their own data and materials you need to gather. You obtain most of them from Guardian sites.

I think the discount is just at Bray Landing in the Witch Head Sector.
I'm seeing posts on Forum saying you can't unlock the Guardian SLFs from that one.
