CG rewards often take a couple of days to be distributed. The CG finished this morning.

We got the ones from the Trade CG as normal. Combat appear missing

Also, since they are delivered on the station that issued the CG mission, one easy way to check their delivery without travel is to be in any Shipyard and check Stored Modules. Since they are HRPs and a Heatsink, check these categories and see if there are any available outside of your usual Shipyard (or specifically the CG station) and transfer them over.
