Guardian Ruins - A message? Or simply randomness?

I figured since people at the "Alien Archeology" thread have not settled on a consensus, I would ask the broader Galactic Community. Do you think the following audio (spectrogram view of 4 of these weird signals) is supposed to be a message? Or put there simply out of artistic freedom and should not be looked into, too much?

Discussion on what, if, why, etc... it is, is most welcome!
