You can't engineer Guardian HRPs though. Human MRPs are inferior because they can't be engineered.

I have already written above that there are exceptions and that there are modules that have no analogues. But this is too small part and usually everything from the guards is bad.

Yes. Because it is Elite and it takes a lot of money to get better. I even flew to Elite 1 for several years.
