Ships Guardian Weapon vs Human Ships

Maybe I've asked before, but I've forgotten the answer now. I know that normal Earth weapons have a penalty to Thargoids damage.
What if there is such a penalty for guards' weapons when hitting regular ships?
For example in the game it says that the plasma cannon of the guards will cause absolute damage. Is it all 100% absolute damage to the ship?

Not sure about the rest, but the plasma does 100% absolute.

They do full damage to humans, but 10% less than stated to thargoids.

Let me clarify, that is now all PvP builds plasma FDL switched to guards weapons ? Or not ?
