ive had this happen very rarely before this new update. since the new update i regularly get guests stuck in random places. often its at rides exit, but ive also had some in plain open paths or plazas.
I also see this with transport rides. Some guests will take a transport ride halfway around the park only to walk back to almost exactly where they were before. And then they get upset from lack of food/drinks because they've been wasting so much time traveling.
