Guests not donating

Hello!

I have started a challenge zoo. Built first habitat and received thousands in donations so far. Just built second habitat which has been running now for quite a while and no one is donating. The guests seem happy, have a good view and education. I have tried moving the donation box's and deleting them and no luck. Does anyone know why this is happening please? I am stumped!

This is strange. How long have you given it since placing the donation bins? Any guest thoughts that have any clues? Any update on this?

Thanks for replying! In the end I just deleted the whole habitat and removed everything and started from scratch and then it was fine
