Kinda sad theres no Anniversary update surprise, but congratulations on announcing the console release for next year!

Exciting news, I'm sure you will sell a lot of copies on consoles! though I wonder how they will price it with all DLC?

Will there be a PS5 version at some point?? I'd probably wait to buy it on PS5 for better performance/fps & 4k-HDR

Will we have cross-compatibility for the Steam Workshop? I really hope consoles get access to the current Workshop Blueprints

Thanks to the work and improvements being done for the console version, we actually have a Quality of Life update for PC players, planned for next week! Please keep an eye on the forums for more information on when that update goes live. This is the activity you've been seeing on Steam as well, nothing more.

Oh thats nice to hear! Will the PC version get full controller support? and do consoles support mouse&keyboard?

Thank you, @breezerHOG! We are very excited about our Planet Coaster: Console Edition announcement, it's been great!
We have nothing to announce regarding next-gen consoles.
It will not have cross-compatibility with the Steam Workshop, as consoles do not support the Steam Workshop. However, we are working on a sharing solution for Planet Coaster: Console Edition, but we don't have anything to announce on it right now.
When we do, we'll let you know. The PC version will not be getting full controller support, but Steam have a Big Picture mode to allow players to sit on the sofa and have some limited controller support. When this is active, you can use the right-thumb-stick as a mouse. You can download or create your own bindings, so you could bind the left-mouse button to the A button on the Xbox Controller. With the Ghostbusters Pack you can drive the Ecto-1 with a controller. So it's not full controller support, but it definitely works with limited functions!
Planet Coaster: Console Edition will come with mouse and keyboard support.

I know consoles dont support Steam, but will "sharing" allow PS4 and Xbox users to share blueprints with one another? or will each community have separate workshops? It would be disappointing if consoles have a very small/limited # of blueprints available to share at launch.

My current PC doesnt run large parks very well so I usually just watch youtube videos for optimal smooth frame rates, which is why I thought it would be cool if I could load my favorite parks up into PS4 VR!!! the best part about Planco is riding coaster PoVs

Oh I almost forgot, I really hope the PS4/5 version supports PSVR would be amazing, especially if PS5 improves VR performance!!! VR + blueprint sharing would make the console version a must have game, but if it doesnt have those things then I probably wont bother with it since I already paid for the game before
