Hardpoints Deployed Indicator?

May have been brought up before...

A similar binary state button for HP Deployed would be nice to have, as, being forgetful and having too many occasions after clearing up mats in a Rez/CZ trying to jump out and getting the warning...

Yeah; there's a bit of a focus on indicator lights in the threads I've been reading this frosty Winter morning. At any rate, I agree - there should be a Hardpoints indicator. It's a minor thing but greatly adds to immersion and situational awareness.

This feature already exists. You just have to look down.

The response I'd liked to have given would be censored... But in my household "Hardpoints Deployed" usually means a great time is to follow...

If you think a little and revise the mechanics of FSD interception, then only the blue mode of the researcher should turn on in the SC mode and combat in ordinary space.
Those. switching to explorer mode, the “I” key would always remove weapon sockets.

What'd be even better is a "charging FSD stows hardpoints" option to go with "firing deploys hardpoints" in the options. Stow landing gear and the scoop while you're at it.

Now here we see a necro that is really worthy. Even after all this time I still get caught out with the deployed hardpoints. How difficult would it actually be for someone to code an indicator light?
