I bought the 16,000 pack.of Arx about a day ago and still haven't received it. Support hasn't gotten back to me yet in around the same time. Wondering if anyone else if having this issue. Ive checked on Issue tracker and its still as "Confirming" https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/5881
Sorry for highjacking the thread, but is it only the buying of Arx that is an issue? I mined and traded 100mil of opals yesterday, and didnt recieve a single arx.

I didn't get ARX from VO mining either, got plenty from exploring, a little from combat and some from 'other', which seemed to go up when I spent money on a python and upgrades yesterday
I get the feeling that VO mining or perhaps mining in general is so Credit heavy that it would blow out your ARX limit too quickly.
OP - Not dared to buy ARX yet, until things have calmed down with the bugs etc, so again, sorry for the hijack. I doubt you'll have trouble getting them eventually. If the transaction is logged on your PS account and still no ARX in a week, then it's refund time from PS until fixes get fixin'.

I have been able to.earn Arx in game just fine for the most part. I did get a "Unable to update Arx" error once but I dont think it did anything as I logged out and my Arx balance updated. Sadly not with the amount I paid for, just the free stuff I earned that session.
Yeah, Im going on vacation for a week amd a half so I wont have access toy PS4 at all... Was hoping to get this resolved before then but oh well.
Smart move, I figured somebody had to test this though. That and I wanted the new ship kit... That is also bugged. Sighes

Your probably right Star Rider, that mining opals is too much of a thing. I actually got 2 arx jumping 4 stars to the station (exploring), and none by selling them. Havent tried anything else though, since the update.

Personally i don't think anybody on ps4 should be giving Frontier any money. Basically paying them to keep us on the back-burner... but then again... If we stop spending money we'll forever remain on the back-burner. A vicious cycle she be...

Purchased ARX by going to the PSN Store directly as it won't do so from the game menu.
I only purchased ARX to show support for Frontier and Elite Dangerous.
I bought my ARX (16,900+bonus 900) Thursday at 11:55 26th Sept 2019.
I have yet to receive my ARX, and yes I have submitted a ticket.
I feel ARX need to be bought, as the in-game rate of earning them is too small, but do I understand Frontier needs to bring in revenue to help the company grow, and by extension the games they develop.
I only purchased ARX to show support for Frontier and Elite Dangerous.
