Has the UI been fixed yet?

Curious, are we able to move windows about in game yet? or are they still stuck and force other windows to close (causing things like removing plants from exhibits very tedious?)
Point in case, imagine sitting on your desktop and a window force closing another window down.

edit: posted here because it's not a bug, and something they should consider.

Yes the windows in the game are (still) fixed in place and cannot be moved.

But yeah, being able to move them was one of the things that I expected.

sigh I want to feel hopeful, but I felt hopeful with Planet Coaster for so long. I guess it won't be sorted, which is a shame because I look at the game, think it looks wonderful, but then tapped out at 3/4 hours, and that's it, game done :/ I won't be investing into the DLC
