Haven't Received Azure Paintjob

I only just learnt that the Azure paintjob was given to players who owned Horizons before the merger into the base game, however I haven't received it myself.
I've owned Horizons since early 2017, so I'd imagine I'd be eligible for it - my partner who bought it after me even has it themselves.

Is this a known issue or should I try to contact FDev directly to potentially resolve it?

Edit: The game has somehow decided to resolve the issue itself, it seems.
