I wasn't sure where the best place for this question is since I don't think it's a bug, but I've recently moved to playing Elite on the PC and have an xbox controller setup I'm mostly happy with except that, for reasons I can't understand, my left/right axes seem to be inverted when I activate alternate flight controls. Up and down work in the same way as they did before, but both the left/right yaw and lateral thrust go the wrong way: I push the stick left, the ship goes right. There doesn't seem to be an option in AFC to change this, so I was wondering if I've screwed something up somewhere or if I'm missing a toggle somewhere?

Try binding it reversed in the first place. (Simply move the axis the other way when binding it)
No you are not missing anything... Unfortunately the game only offer "the invert axis" option for the Pitch axis in the "Alternate Flight Section"
