Newcomer / Intro Having trouble with External Panel PS4

So when I do the tutorial and it says to use the external panel to highlight Coetho Station, I press the buttons for the panel and nothing happens. The head doesn't move or anything. Do I have to skip the tutorial at this point? Sorry, I basically don't understand, am kinda slow. XD

What button presses/holds do you do, exactly ?

I am on PC so have absolutely no idea what the controls are for a PS4 and have no idea what you mean by "The head doesn't move...".

To navigate in the UI panels you have an assignment to move between the panels (Next panel and Previous panel) then you have the four UI movement bindings (to move the highlight between items Up, Down, Left and Right) then there is the next and previous page and UI back then finally the UI select control. In the PC they are:

What they are for the PS4, you will have to find in your help screen / manual.

Basically I don't look at the external panel, so I can't dock or anything or select a place to go.

Well, the only thing I can think of then is that you may simply experiencing delay ? I have it often, just after entering Station Services the panels do not react first time, and I have to do it again.

Or...your controller may be defective ?
