HCS upgrade issue

After installing the HCS tools upgrade I can no longer edit Voice Triggers. After I make changes and save I reload and the Changes didn't take. It's not saving the changes. All of my pre-update changes are fine. Sent HCS an e-mail. Just wondering if anyone has this problem.
 
Well, I would like to agree with you but he acknowledged my message about an hour ago. No response. Someone else responded saying he had the same issue
 
I'd offer to help but I only use the default ones cause it's not my forte.

Does your page in the Voice Trigger editor look like this or does it have a Done or Apply button at the bottom?

I realise this isn't massively helpful, but I can confirm that my changes (for example to the weapon group selection) have taken just fine.

Some things to try:

Make sure you have the latest VA.
After installing the update, exit and restart VA.
After making the changes exit and restart VA.
Make sure it's set to use "English - Custom" as your voice trigger set and not just "English"

Outside of that, you'll need to consult with their forums or discord. Be aware that for their discord support isn't 24/7 and you need to catch someone online, but they are pretty helpful usually.

It will not let you install without the latest VA. I've restarted VA multi-able times. Engish-Custom is set in voice trigger. Does my page above look like yours(minus the icon). Thanks for your response.

If it does, you'll probably need to re-do your edits as it could be that your Archived files are4 the problem.

Tried all of the above and still no saving. I was hoping that HCS would at least tell me what I need to do to reinstall. Thanks.

I have to admit that after my update I had a message in startup about not recognising something - so I selected a different profile and did the above procedure - after which it took the new singularity with no problems.

There is no Apply or Done buttons at the bottom of my pages in the trigger editor like in the old HC tools. Some of the pages look like they have cut off content and you can't scroll down. No one at HCS seems to care. No reply from my emails and the only rep on discord believes it's AI also but has no solution.

Well the UI is fine for me - I suspect the issue is an incompatibility in your "custom" profile. If you load the actual Singularity profile, does the Voice Trigger editor not look like this:

As you can see the UI buttons are present in my case above.
 
I believe my issue is not having the Apply/Done button at the bottom of the page. I went back to the old version and it works fine. I think it's a UI (user interface) issue. No one from HCS will get back with me either through Discord or Email. Thank you for your reply.

Thought I would leave this since I started it. If anyone has this issue (you will know if you do) HCS knows of and is working on it. Basically, it's a scaling issue. If you right-click on your Windows 10 desktop, goto Desktop Setting and check that scaling is at 100% you have done all you can do. The recommended workaround is to go to the last entry on the page and click into it, hit the TAB key twice and hit enter. The Apply and Done key are there but chopped off at the bottom. Hitting the TAB key twice puts you on Apply and enter applies it. I've done it a dozen times and it works. There are some pages where content runs off the page so I don't know what you could do there.
