HE Missile countermeasures.

We just need more countermeasures in the game. Period. Where are the ECM system/Flares/Chaff etc.:S

Im sure the ECM has been mentioned before. Def an old favorite. Maybe the ED version could take out cheap missiles whilst some of the very expensive ones may get through?
