Everyone should have a 50ly range ASP. I got lucky with mine and got a crazy good roll that included the max fuel per jump boost and it will reach 54 ly.

25 ly is fine now for me as I try out deep exploring, I am now 3000 ly out, lost a bit more hull 94% as didn't always slow down nr star, contoller seemed to stick. Sometimes my 6A fuel scoop doesn't engage so I waggle ship up and down. i was going to detour to NGC 7822, as I saw it growing bigger and looking cool and read up about the black holes, but veered away as route plotter couldn't access and I don't think my range is good enough having read about it. so now will get back in the arm and make some distance, going from nebula to nebula is a well travelled route, so less undiscovered systems than my previous random zigzags

Last time I was out on a long one (pre 2.3) the HSLs would randomly restock, sometimes after a game or machine crash.
