Help! Can't get 5 stars

I've unlock almost of research. But the last 3 cosmetic gene which required 5 stars of island is too difficult.
As what i know, there are 2 rating: Dinosaurs & Facility.
My problem is the rating of transport. It alway too low (never higher 50%). So my dinosaurs rating is 5 and facility is approximated 5.
Can anyone had 5 stars rating help me? Is it low because too many road or mono rail is too long or terrain problem?
Thanks for reading my question

Build a Monorail Station near every exhibit and have a hotel, restaurant, arcade, and clothes shop nearby. And have all your Monorail Stations connected. This will guarantee that your transport, food, drink, and fun ratings will all be very high.

Make sure to maximize the staff management for each of your guest buildings such as fast food, gift shops, etc. It might just actually be the boast that you need.

Close the park so guest count isn’t so high; the amenities become much easier for guests to access. I had to do it in 2 if my parks.

What he said ^
Plus, delete the paths between those sections, so people only use monorail to travel around the park. Very long paths people have to walk are bad for your transportation rating.

I also noticed along with upping the staff. The building also have another option for what they focus on.. you can choose, food, drink, fun, shopping... that might help increase your ratings in that area if you pick what your stores focus on.

Thanks everyone for answering my question!
I've done all your advices. Food, Drink, Dino .... rate had raised except transport.
I tried on both Matanceros and Tacano. In Tacono everything is worse. tranport rating is 3-4% :'(
Total island rating now is nearly 4,6-4,9. So i think my main problem is only tranporting.
I had deleted long road, built more monorail station but it seemed to be not affected.

Anyone think that terrain is real reason? In game flatten terrain is too difficult so road is not flatten. Sometime road go up and down very hard.

What does your facility rating summary say about your park capacity? If it says "okay capacity" then you're gonna wanna build another hotel. Also, I don't think terrain affects your park rating.

@TJDS10
Tranport rating is weird :'(

Yikes, that transport rating is really rough. I have a monorail in all my parks except for Matanceros and I kept the long roads. My transport rating still usually ranges from 47-58%. Maybe the sort of circular/loop-like structure of your tracks might be what's hurting it? My tracks are linear in one line that go throughout the park, they don't go in a loop.

I noticed that your other ratings aren't too high either. It looks like you need to build a few more restaurants and stores, or at least maximize your staff members to 5/5 for each building. I'd also recommend building as many gyrosphere stations as possible if you haven't already, as from my experience they're great for dinosaur visibility and fun ratings.

Do you have 1 or 2 more montarail station stops? If you only have 1 station that loops the park but no where else the trains can stop for people to get off at the other end of the park that could be it.

Thanks for all your advices again!
Finally i fought the reason:
I had started on isla sorna. In this case, I try to build mono rail as straight as possible and it is oneway (i had built round trip all time before).
I realize that if i build mono rail follow map border, the more longer rail the less transport rating i get.
It's happy to know what i have to do next, but feel little disappointed beacause i can't build curve rail anymore

Transport rating can seem quite tricky to grasp, so here’s a little bit of information on it. Basically all you have to do is make sure the distance from the park entrance to each guest building that requires it, is less than a certain distance. The building only cares about its transport link to the park entrance.

The valid buildings are hotels, attractions, viewing galleries, visitor centres and other monorail stations. If any of those buildings aren’t blue in the Transport Rating management view then they need a shorter journey to the park entrance. This can be achieved by either making the paths more efficient (i.e. less winding, more direct) or by utilising monorails to bridge larger distances.

If you continue to have problems, please report it (with screenshots) to the bug report forums so we can delve into it further!

It works! :D . Just make the shortest way between mono rail station (straight way)
Hotels, attractions, viewing galleries, visitor centres as near rail station as possible.
Here is my Isla Sorna, I've just built 2/3 area on island

Jumping on this posts a little late, been trying now for 2 days to try and get 5* on this island and its doing my head in transport and everything but Dino visibility is back and forth between 96/100% visability is at 97/99% most of the time and still no 5 star. please help

That's really strange. I've never had 100% on anything and i get 5 stars all the time. Usually a the park raiting fluctuates and if u just sit there with that type of rating for a few minutes it should tick up to 5 stars. Its does say you are at 12/12 dino species... Trying making 1 more dino of a different species putting you at 13/12, maybe that will do the trick...

Im confused as to what really gets that 5 star rating. The dinosaur rating is the issue its always the facility rating where things get annoying with fluctuations. From what I understand every hotel you have should have fast food, arcade and a gift shop right outside the building and then spam more where ever you can if your food/shopping/fun rating is at 100. Then from there place one viewing gallery or tower in a spot that gets as many dinos in it possible and that works. deactivate any other unnecessary viewing galleries/towers since they add to needs. im not sure if you actually need transport or not but if you do the entrances adds more places you need to cover for guest needs.

not going to lie i really ate the rating system in this game. its just forces you to spam as much stuff as possible in the most unaesthetic ways.

Most common thing I see that causes a 4.8/4.9 rating when you can see all the stats look good for food/shopping/fun etc is that there is not enough hotels to accommodate the number guests in the park. I find that for every 2000 (approximately) guests in the park you need a hotel. E.g if you have 11900 guests, 6x hotels is enough, but when you go quite a bit over 12000 guests (to say about 12300) you'll need that 7th hotel to stop your park rating fluctuating all the time.

this is also why closing the park and re-opening it can artificially get you the 5 star rating because you guest count will drop, but when it goes back up again you lose the rating as once again there isn't enough hotels

Note: The satisfaction will still say 'Great Capacity' which in my opinion should be fixed by the devs as the only other indicator is to actually click on a hotel and see the 'Park Overcrowding' percentage (if it's around 10% or more you wont have a 5 star park).

Transport and Dino Visibilty rating don't count at all.... I've had these at less than 30% in my parks and they've been 5 stars, but the guest count/hotel ratio matters ALOT. Food, shopping and fun just need to be about 80% or above for 5 stars, so for example:

4.9 Star Park:
Guests: 8200
Hotels: 4
Visibilty: 92%
Food: 100%
Drink: 100%
Shopping: 100%
Fun: 100%
Transport: 90%

5 Star Rated Park:

Guests: 8200
Hotels: 5
Visibilty: 22%
Food: 85%
Drink: 85%
Shopping: 82%
Fun: 86%
Transport: 10%
