Ive been trying to install the Elite Dangerous: Horizons Open Beta (3.0) or the Elite Dangerous: Open Beta (3.0) and for some reason all though it seemed to complete it never finished syncing the files, so I shut down the launcher and tried to restart the install, but now every time I try, EVERY TIME the launcher refuses the start the install and it wont let me click the install button a second time and everything else that is clickable does nothing even though it gets highlighted, what is going on, and how do I fix this? D:
