Help me find a system

On January 7th of 2023 I was on my way to the Heart Nebula when I stumbled across a system where the system map showed something unusual: It was not showing the graphic for one of the moons. I thought it was a curious glitch and took a small screenshot of it (which is why I know the exact date when it happened):

Now I'm kicking myself for not having taken the screenshot of the entire screen, which would have preserved the system name. I'm also kicking myself for not investigating further and just continuing.

I would like to find this system again, but I'm unable to find it. I know that I can filter the galaxy map to show only systems I have visited, but because I have been to the Heart Nebula several times, there are literally hundreds and hundreds of systems between the Bubble and the nebula that I have visited, and while I have checked in my estimation about a hundred or so of them, I have been unable to find this particular system. (It should be pretty distinguishable because the last three planets orbiting a star should be non-landable ice planets, with the third and second last orbiting each other, and the last having a moon. And the fourth last should also be atmosphered.)

Is there some way to check from the game's logs where I have been on (or around) that date?

Open that day's journal(s), hyperjumps are recorded in them.
Or use some 3rd party tool like ED Discovery to see where you where then.

Likely it will load in when you again open the sysmap. It is not a special thing and seems to happen sometimes

If you haven’t tried ED Discovery, I highly recommend it. It’s made my exploration and general gameplay even more enjoyable. In particular, the ability to create captain’s log entries and add notes to game log entries via the chat interface helped me find/remember those weird or special places I didn’t have time to investigate right then. There are also a ton of helpful utilities.

I have it run its web server so I can display system scans on my Mac. I only wish all screens were available that way.
