my problem is one of my fans that cools my 2 gpu seems to be stuck on maximum. graphics software states that it is running at 30%. with a rpm of 2760,. my other card is running normally at 30% 1170rpm. the fast fans gpu chip is 10 degrees cooler than the normal speed one.
using presisionx 16 to manually control fans. turning fans to 74% increases both the cards to a fan speed of 74%
normal speed fan clocks in at 2730rpm at 74% lower than the other. the other card does not increase its speed. reducing the fan lowers fan speed on one but not the other.
anyone got any idea what my problem is?
