As you can see in the image this site is completely empty. I need some push for engineering and was told to find an point of interest with irregular markers. Every time I go it's completely empty. I always play in solo and did not logged. I did try leaving and coming back as well as logging. These also did not work. Can anyone explain to me why these site are always empty?

)i believe if you have a MISSION for a settlement , then the lootable items/containers will show up as intended, but i'm not exactly certain so you might wanna ask in that ^ larger thread.
