Help! No mass site scraping, please...

My sincerest apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this, but... Help! I don't know where to ask or what I have done, but I can not get to Inara. Cookies cleared and modem reset, but all I get is a white page with Times New Roman saying "No mass site scraping, please..."
I would ask for help on Inara, but I can not... And I am not site scraping. I only just found out what it means!
*gulp*
Breathe, Toberius, breathe...

Thanks for the quick reply. Safari, Chrome, Opera same symptoms on 2 computers.
EDIT: Also Edge and after multiple reboots.
I'm scared, Josey...

Thanks, CMDR Nick Sticks, but no - it is my home solid 30-50mbps connection with 9ms latency. If I am pinging Antipodea.

If you are not on a fixed IP address you could try switching off your router for a short period before switching it on again - this may prompt your ISP to assign you a new IP address.

10 minutes. My kids will hate me. I will report back. Thanks to all of you.

After a 10 minute reset, no change. But thank you CMDR Robert Maynard and everyone else, the IP address must be it. My mobile telephonography hand-cranked device can reach Inara.
Now I need to find out what I have done to warrant an IP ban (if that is what it is)...
Fly safe, and drive dangerous always.
Toberius.

I'd also try Malware Bytes. If your computer has the same problem with every browser you use, it might be a virus.

I had this a few month ago.
Only thing I can tell you, is that it worked again the next day.
Never had the problem again after that.

I doubt its a virus, something triggered an IP block.

Some browsers try to improve your viewing experience by downloading other linked pages in the background and caching them so that you can view them quicker. I tend to turn this feature off.

Yeah IP stuff I think. Again, thank you all for the help. A mate put in a bug request for me on Inara and Artie fixed it. I probably spent too long reminiscing on 2 computers and an iPad. Off to cook dinner, you are all welcome to join me. Steaks and salad. Not Manatee steaks, real ones. I love this game... :)
