Help please! Problem with path connection?

Need some help with this, driving me insane. Had been working on Isla Pena for a while and decided to go back to Isla tacano to finish a mission. Realised one section of my island has buildings were the path is clearly connected to the buildings, but all my buildings still require path connection? But was fine before......I can’t get power to that area now because my power station requires a path even though it has a path. Fried my brain

Were you using Monorails to connect from the entrance? The path either has to reach the entrance, or a Monorail that connects to a path to the entrance. If you are using a Monorail, check that it has enough power to run.
