Just pressed some keys and i found out that i turn with , and . :D not < and >.:S

funny because on my keyboard they are the same keys as in "<" is above (shift)"," and ">" is above (shift) "."

What country is your keyboard designed for?

It's designed for sweden, and thats where i am from so yeah, that's probably why there isn't one button for < and >...

You're English is EXCELLENT jipjup please there is no need to apologise.

As Geraldine has said, http://www.frontierastro.co.uk/ is one of the best places for all the resources.

I am unaware of any game manuals being written in Swedish though, I know there is French, German and Italian but that is all I know.

Does anyone know if there is a game manual in Swedish fpr Jipjup?

The best suggestion I can come up with is to try and locate a txt version of the manual online then use google translate to convert it to Swedish, then copy/paste that into note pad, save it and there you go, a Swedish FE2 manual. Not perfect I admit but it should work............mostly :D

Here is an English one to try it out on http://www.lemonamiga.com/games/docs.php?id=679

And here for Google translate http://translate.google.com/

Heck, I had a go myself and it works!..........um I think  anyways, have a look here for the Swedish FE2 manual http://spacesimcentral.com/downloads/ft2.php?dir=/Frontier_PC_v1.01

Mind, you will need 7 zip to de-archive it and here is a link for that too http://www.7-zip.org/

Why don't you just use the mouse?

If you hold RMB moving mouse you will rotate your ship around (pitch+yaw, unless you select Elite control method in space which gives you pitch+roll, but it's slower, unwieldy and generally sucks).

Pressing LMB while RMB is held fires your laser, when RMB isn't held, you can move your cursor around, select targets and press buttons with LMB.

It's very simple and natural.

The only keys you need to know are enter (fire main engine if in "engines off" mode, increase set speed if in "manual" mode), and shift (fire retro thrusters if in "engines off" mode, decrease set speed if in "manual" mode).
The rest of the keys are displayed on their respective menu buttons and can be bypassed by using your mouse.

Also, use "engines off" mode for combat, it doesn't really turn your engines off, merely disables computer assist giving you full control over your ship, which you will need when being shot at.
