Kinect: Disneyland Adventures Help with dance poses

I seem to be having the most difficulty with the spins. How to I position my hands so that I don't have to turn around completely and end up losing my Kinect ID?

Also, I need some advice for pulling off the difficult poses. Should I let the character model it, then memorize for a redo?

For the spins try doing them quickly and smoothly with your arms straight and at a slight angle from your sides.

For the dance moves your basically copying what the character is doing, memorizing them for subsequent attempts should help.
