Help with multi stop passenger mission

Hi all, just doing my first multi stop passenger mission and i need some help. I'm currently orbiting around my first stop, a gas planet called Durius C 4 and have heard nothing from the passenger in around twenty minutes. Is there something i should be doing or do i need to just wait?

they will say they want to go to visitor beacon. go to that drop out of super and just scan i like you would a ship and when it is done they will tell you to go to the next place

I don't see a Visitor Beacon in the Nav list and the Mission icon is on the planet itself. Thanks for your help.

ah then go to the planet where it is and then scan where the marker is when you are closer to it my scan in 7k

So the planet is landable? then you need to get to ground level and go to the mission target. Alternatively if its not land able go scan the nav beacon and it should reveal the location

Not landable as a gas planet. When I entered the system I scanned the Nav Beacon and the mission icon is then displayed at Durius C 4.

The planet is scanned, I'm practically sitting on it

then log from open to close or the other way around and see if it shows up. it took me a bit to figure those out too

Open up the mission in your transactions and look through the actual details. It should note the specific tourist site they want to see in Durius.

They aren't always simply called "tourist beacons". They can have obscure names like "Wreck of the Titanic".....etc

Also, never take passengers to nav beacons, fit an advanced discovery scanner on your next trip for locating tourist sites.

Ah so there was a visitor beacon, it was on the nav log as Durius Defaults. oh well at least i'll know for next time.thanks for your replies
