the dinosaurs i have on claire¨s island will i have those in the main campaign from the starts or not

Depends on which dinosaurs you mean.

1. If you mean the eight dinosaurs you will need to save from Nublar North; they will come, in badges.
2. If you mean the new dinosaurs from the DLC; some of them if not all, will unlock the further you are in the Campaign.

i find it out that the dinosaur we have on the new island do not cross with the main campaign you get them the old way
ps the new buildings i presume you have to research those now

That is correct, as is this is a different campaign.
Yet, you will have access to them after unlocking and/or researching.
