HGEs only have only imperial shielding?

I'm not sure if it is caused by todays update (haven't played in years) or even anybody else having the problem but I'm hunting HGEs for 2h now in multiple IMP systems and they ALWAYS ONLY have imperial shielding!?

Could be a bug, but sometimes it’s the system type and faction states that cause certain items to spawn. I usually never find what I want and end up trading :/

Well, being in Imperial systems does increase the odds of it being Imperial Shielding. The clue is in the name. The factors involved are faction alignment and faction state.

thank you yes I just wasnt aware that it is so predictable what to find, once you look for these factors you really find the same things every time. Helpful when you know I guess. you can get exactly what you need.
