I would love to render a video with ultra-high graphics settings (with realistic depth-of-field and motion blur) that wouldn't be possible in real-time. It would look awesome!
Also here are some of my most wanted features that other people have mentioned:
* switch tracks (to recreate Expedition Everest and have two loading stations like Tatsu)
* dark rides (to recreate Phantom Manor)
* triggered events
* Wild West and Spooky themes
* different coaster station types, like individual gates for each row of the train
* park train
* lots of lighting options, foggers and animated figures
* log flumes
* doors! for rides and peeps
* and loads of other things I can't think of now
Cannot wait for full release!
