Im looking for a system that attracts lots of miners. Preferably a mix if ice and metallic rings. No, im not interested in ganking them. I want to buy surplus tritium from miners and pay top dollar to have it loaded for me.
No, im not interested in ganking them.
Most miners have their limpets set up to ignore all metals/minerals they arent interested in anyways. I doubt that you would get much trafficMy intention is to buy up tritium and other low tier ores that players may be looking to dump at a modest profit rather than just eject. If i can keep the carrier close enough to the ring, they could still make money by selling me their lower value ore.
Most or just the most experienced? Most miners have their limpets set up to ignore all metals/minerals they arent interested in anyways. I doubt that you would get much traffic
most, and most unexperienced. you are more likely to get through to experienced miners if you explain them, that you really, really want their methanol monohydrate crystals for BGS manipulation, and your FC offers a one stop for everything but the most profitable commodities. most unexperienced miner won't even know what you are talking about, and will look up highest selling price for platinum, and sell heir osmium same place as well - or do an hour long roundtrip to get the best sell price for each of the metals they mined. at least that's my experience with themMost or just the most experienced?
Well thats discouraging if true. People chasing their tails all over the bubble with a full load trying to sell each ore? Hopefully some of them can see the value in what im planning to offer.most, and most unexperienced. you are more likely to get through to experienced miners if you explain them, that you really, really want their methanol monohydrate crystals for BGS manipulation, and your FC offers a one stop for everything but the most profitable commodities. most unexperienced miner won't even know what you are talking about, and will look up highest selling price for platinum, and sell heir osmium same place as well - or do an hour long roundtrip to get the best sell price for each of the metals they mined. at least that's my experience with them![]()
the concept of "credits per hour" is hard to grasp for many. they look at not making the maximum price as a loss, and more so with FC owners (why should he make profit from my loss?)Well thats discouraging if true. Probably the most experienced set the ignore lists, but the least experienced will probably just dump less valuable minerals to make room for more valuable minerals. Most or just the most experienced?

actually i think thats it what might work. putting high prices for mining only commodities and getting the miner by that. at least my stock of hydrogen peroxide is constantly rising (and nice for bgs mining missions). keep us posted!Hmmm. I appreciate the input but i want the crapites and tritium more than i want the high dollar stuff. I guess i could buy both to make it worth visiting the FC. A loss-leader strategy i guess. Im going to try it. If i can't make it work then ill sell the worthless barge.
