+1 Thanks! I'll give that a try after I give the Phoenetics (sp?) one more go. Spent hours driving around and finally got 1 arsenic. So 3 in my hold. I figure one more trip around the lava spouts and I can refit for mining.

If you are going to mine for materials, don't take a refinery. You don't need many active collectors either. Prospectors are a must, 2 active prospectors is good. And as many mining lasers as your ship can power. You also need plenty of cargo space, full of limpets - though you will return empty.

Got all mine right on Decait. The scanner you tubes dont do a good job of explaining the scanner screen broken into 3 areas, horizontally. When you see lines in the lower third, follow them until they get smaller. When they are about an inch side to side, you will see the rock out your windscreen.

Yes the planet on the Deciat system with Felicity Farseer is the one I use. (Can't remember, is it Deciat 6? .... one of them has arsenic when you look at the planetary map).

After the bug fix with the SRV scanner, arsenic was more easily found, rather than the terrible grind it had been previously, but you know how RNG can fool you. Maybe next time I visit ....

EDIT - 9 Arsenic in 30 minutes, Yttrium, Tin etc as well.
