Have they?? Or is it just that the states of the factions have changed due to allot of people using it to rank up? Changing states might also mean a change in how the missions are handled?

Its a fed system last time i checked.. but. a lot.
I ranked my Fed ranks with hauling biowaste form sotis, ceos, and another system close, to the bubble.
Oh, very little. Although, about 12 missions in Sothis and Ceos fills my Anaconda's hold and nets around 35 million credits for 2-3 hours work though (no smuggling, all legal deliveries). I reckon 20 more runs like this one and I'll actually be able to afford to outfit the Cutter when I finally get to buy it (and be an elite trader to boot).

You guys still stacking the base attacks missions?
Haven't seen any of those actually. I've just been doing data delivery missions, as well as the occasional commodity delivery.
HIP 10716 and Wu Guinagi were still working beautifully for Empire rank yesterday when I left to head up for the weekly exploration CG, all the data delivery missions you could want from multiple Imperial factions, at all five starports across both systems.

Its not that hard, on the edge of the bubble you only have to find a system in BOOM or expansion, with only one system close. You can assume the data dellivery missions are going to that system.

Will have to look for a Fed equivalent soon in that case!
