HIP 22460 Permit Lock Initiated

Now, not only 10 B, but also 10 C is permit locked too...
To prevent SRVs, I guess. Let's find more creative ways to get there

yeah, it would kill the servers to have a (300ly?) flash of light and maybe EMPing every player ship in that reach. it will definitely happen during update 13, and we'll log in to see the mess left behind
So after the update, we all log in and find every ship has zero power, all modules shut down, all fire groups zeroed out, and every commander's backpack has a crank added to it.

In case anyone was curious, the crank is going to be used to restart your reactor. So I guess EVA's confirmed for those commanders that were still out in space not landed on a planet. You got to restart the engine somehow. Enjoy cranking. You got to get it up to 100,000° in order to get this thing rolling again. Crank as if your life depends on it because it does. :)

I started to think of ways (couldn't help myself) - came up with some (highly unlikely to succeed) possibilities - but then I stopped myself. Fun tho it would be I REALLY don't want whatever Frontier have planned for 10 B to be spoiled so all I wanted to say is, if anyone finds a way of doing it, perhaps keep whatever you find to yourselves until Frontier have had a chance to reveal this (if anything) as intended? 🙏

07 - I have the same question. Do we land on the Bright Sentinel or sit around the planet (might be dangerous). Is the big moment when the servers come back on 1300? That's 0500 for me and will be rough to drag myself to the computer to watch.

It'll probably - whatever it is - still be going on when you get up.

Frontier have very rarely held in-game events where you need to be online not just on a specific day but at a specific time as well, and on the few occasions they have, they've given a lot more advance notice about what that time is. Obviously this could as always be the first exception to that, but probably not.

I'm hoping this is good. I've popped back thousands of light years from my exploration zone to see the fireworks, and it's quite a lot time to the Bubble and back. ;)
