Looks good. Great start for the first time. Just two things I saw that would make it even better.

1. Try experimenting with the in game flying camera option. its way smoother and flows really nice. Especially if you are just showcasing and not adding any voice over.

2. I noticed that many of your habitat walls were just plan glass. You should try to add borders to the glass to frame them in and maybe even change the heights of them a bit. If you really want to get crazy, replace the glass with custom or in-game fencing, rocks, etc. You can create moats or other natural items that block the animals from getting too close to the fences. This also depends on the animals...way easier to manage with less harmful animals.
