I'm saddened by the lack of paintjobs for the Imperial Eagle.

The imperials are surprisingly hard to get an audience with. Many artists try but few succeed. Federation is no better. Only the midnight skin has been sanctioned across the board. I'm still waiting on a new paintjob for my FAS.
Don't worry, you can have another ten new paint jobs for your Cobra Mk III to tide you over while you wait for the Vivid FAS paint job series to be completed.
Lol, I have so many of those cobra paintjobs already!

I know I mentioned not being a huge fan of the regular Eagle, but I ended up giving it another go. Enhanced thrusters make a difference!
I've even been spending more time in my Sidey since then, too.

To the eagle and ieagle pilots, out there and in here. Here's mine, "So, corpse"
Playing ED on a low-end (100 quid) laptop as I do, I run a gimballed medium beam + paired heatseekers so I can still "participate" even if I black out (and my screen freezes) usually at a crucial moment. Generally I'm out mining (Python) but, supporting my local dictatorship, jump back into ieagle (class 3 clean tuned) when civil wars crop up.
If computer's having a bad day, and CZ's are too much, you'll find me intercepting / interdicting wanteds where I enjoy nabbing Dropships and for some reason Imperial Couriers give great satisfaction. Total short range with minimum fuel tank, aside from a trip to the Farseer recently she rarely leaves home system, and so stays invisible on local traffic reports.
