Yep that's what most of us are thinking now, seems to be confirmed by more than a few people from here to Twitter, certain accounts can download, others can't, even if they use the same PC with two accounts..
Why am i able to download the beta with my fathers account but not with mine. we both paid for the beta. I downloaded as him and tried logging back in as me and it wont let me play as me.
I see more and more people are finally getting on.
I am sick of seeing the same error "Server refused provide installer: Not available"
Time for bed sack it. Worse thing is due other commitments I will not be able to get on now till Thursday, so 3 days of Beta access that I have paid extra for will be wasted.
Ah well, I'd like to say it's been fun but it's just been frustrating.

You have to wait for FD to give you access.
They messed up BIG time and only half people in a really random way have access.
So far nothing but wait, are you able to see the launcher in your downloadable products? seems like certain people haven't got their access for some reason.
I think waiting is the only thing we can do right now.

looking back on this forum, it seems too be all the people that purchased the beta early on. for myself i purchased on day 1 or 2 of the beta going on sale.. 6\8\15
I paid for the expansion appart from the original game. Took less than an hour to download and now I'm roaming some random planet (my fps dont go over 15-20 even with a gtx770, so it's not that enjoyable)

got the suit, landed at a planetary base, got the srv bay and put a scarab in it, checked to see if scarab is in it, no button ANYWHERE ot launch inside hanger or on pad.. fly outside station zone, land, still no button.....

Maybe they were trying to avoid massive server issues, still I think those of us who have been playing since early on should have been added first if this was the case, I started during the original games beta and I'm a bit mad, I can just imagine how some premium alpha backers feel.
download launcher from frontier store, steam launcher doesnt have horizon beta
I think you can't launch Horizons from Stream launcher..you have to manually launch launcher (don't know if it will work), or download launcher from Frontier.

i doubt that many people really appreciate the work FDevs are doing right now. Just have to hang in tight and have some patience
I can't help but notice that - in comparison to the rest of the game - the SRV is REALLY loud. I don't suppose a separate sound slider to control engine sound on the SRV is possible, or at least balance the sound downwards some?
