Horizons 4.0 upgrade

Hi All,

I had this game for some quite long time including horizons expansion package. I had it uninstalled when I was upgrading my system and drive but now I am back. I can see there is a new horizon version available which as I speak I am currently installing via launcher. I have a question though - why is the laucher downloading the files onto my C Drive when my base game and expansion have been installed into D drive via steam? My C drive is currently small and I would like to leave some space there for future windows updates and other bits. But it looks like the laucher is downloading the files somewhere on my C drive which I cannot find where. At this this rate my C drive will be full in no time. How big is the update from horizon legacy version to current version?

Mine installed fine on my G drive, maybe it is just temporary files?

Its about 50 GB, but the good news is that even if it does get installed onto your C drive Steam makes it fairly easy to move games to a different location..

You might be right in that it is temporary files that is being downloaded by launcher into C drive which is then installed onto my D Drive. In that case once the installation is finished am I right to assume that launcher will delete those temp files or do I have to clean it up?
