Horizons season pass redeem code

Not sure if anybody has ran into this, but when I try to redeem the code for horizons season pass I got with physical copy, it says the code have been redeemed, can't get it to work.

Same here, but when I started up the game I can choose to start in the horizon sidewinder and have access to the srv training missions. Do you have access to those?

I've got the digital edition and I keep loading into the non horizons main menu although it's random lol :) it does let me use horizons tho

No mine didn't give me a option to pick Sindwinder with srv. I got the physical version and it came with the horizons redeem code but does not work. I just created a ticket for them.

I had the same issue could not redeem code on ps4 PlayStation store but was able to redeem it using an android device and the online store thru there so id recommend trying that. Its a Tuesday PlayStation store is always a little strange

FIX:

1) apply the Elite Dangerous upgrade 1st
2) close elite dangerous if it has started
3) go to PS store and redeem code (it will now be recognised after the update)
4) open elite dangerous and you will now see the Horizons sidewinder option when starting a new game

I purchased the preorder digital version from play station, is the horizon add on automatic or do I need to find a code like some are having to do? If so, where does one find the code?

It's automatically unlocked for you (if you bought the Deluxe version). Though a few people have had issues with that too.

Thanks, it will be awhile before I can make use of it and what ever it does. Just finished the videos and now trying to do the first of the lessons. By getting to some target suggested by a passer by. My learning curve could be aquaited with the diameter of Jupitor. Gonna be awhile before I actually get to play in the game.

Thanks, this worked for a friend of mine who was having this issue.
