Hot Keys for SLF to Launch, Pick the NPC, Attack Targetted Ship

I have chaff on F2, shield cell booster on F3 and heat sink on F4.
For my SLF, I have "F5" set to "attack target".

I hate having to hit "3", select SFL, launch, oh and please use the hired pilot". By the time I'm done with that (and I can be pretty quick) lots of shooting had already started (and usually AT me). No, I don't have voice attack, sorry.

Is there also an option to (1) launch fighter and (2) do it with my hired pilot on the same key (or another key)? Just curious. Thanks.

During the SLF Beta, a Hotkey assigned to Recall the Fighter was also the same that'd launch it (next available).

For some reason, this was removed despite being exceedingly useful (?)

So AFAIK... no, you have to use the inconvenient HDD (Head Down Display) to Launch an SLF.

get a macro-program! I'd a keyboard with macro keys and I was able to insert key selections with 0.1 second delay. the look to the down menue, you can't get over it, but with macros it's getting faster.
