Hotas no longer recognised

Havent played for a few months and came on today to play and my T.Flight Hotas X is no longer available in the dropdown.

This is really bugging me and I have no idea why as the drivers are installed and recognised by the pc.

Any help or ideas ?

Is it plugged in to the same USB port as before?

Is it switched to PC?

(The thing doesn't need drivers, windows recognises it fine and allows you to calibrate it in "game controllers".)
