General Hover Bikes/ Hover Vehicles

Dear Frontier,
Have you ever considered adding Hover Bikes and other Hover Vehicles to have as ground vehicles? Having Hover Vehicles would make traveling over rough terrain much more manageable and speedy. Hopefully, the development resources to add hover vehicles would be minimal.

Yes, yes, I want a speeder bike. No cargo except what you can hold in your pack, seats two, and is capable of flying .25 to 30 meters off the ground at 100ish M/s. Or something like that. Forward gimballed twin blasters with a 20-30 degree firing arc. Something along that nature. Make them able to be jacked. Snipe the pilot, steal the speeder bike. I also want magnetic satchel charges. The people that know where I am going with that, know why.
I might actually buy EDO for that.
