For some reason (probably because this is a stupid question lol) I absolutely could not find the answer to this question anywhere. I have scanned a hub of a base with my data scanner, the mission is even marked as complete! It says I should recieve my reward upon 'delivery'. How do I actually get the reward for this completed mission? It doesn't seem like I've got it.

My guess would be that you have to "deliver" it. I.e. return to the mission giver.
There should be a location marked in the mission description and a marker on the galaxy map.

You go back to where you took the mission and hand it in like usual. There will be a marker on the galmap / sysmap.
