How can I jump to out of reach systems

Thanks all. I do notice that some systems are disabled in the setup. Just wondering specifically why the shields have been disabled.

You won't need shields most of the time but if you plan to land an a planet you'll want them on. You'd need to enable the SRV hanger as well. You'll also want shields when returning to the bubble, just in case.

disable moduls don't produce heat, so you are fuelscooping more safe. you can disable all moduls you don't need via supercruise - powerdistributor, sensors, shields, srv hangar. my exlorer builds don't have a powerplant being able to run fuelscoop and powerdistributor and shield at once
