How come no steam forums ?

Steam forums would be a great help when people need simple question answered and game help . Less time to get a response, plus people could give tips on how too's.

I prefer this forum as this is the official de s site run by frontier. even frontier devs regularly contribute here, and its much more cleaner and friendlier here than using the steam forums.
